- Mimasu Industrial Sales Co., Ltd. is founded in Takasaki, Gunma for the purpose of selling measuring instruments and testing machines.
- January 1966
- The Polishing Department is established for processing semiconductor silicon wafers, and a factory is built in Gunma-machi, Gunma-gun, Gunma (present-day Ashikado-machi, Takasaki).
- May 1969
- Mimasu Industrial Sales Co., Ltd. opens the Ota Office in Ota-shi, Gunma.

- The Polishing Department is spun off to establish Mimasu Semiconductor Industry Co., Ltd. in Gunma-machi, Gunma-gun, Gunma (present-day Ashikado-machi, Takasaki) for the purpose of mirror polishing processing of semiconductor silicon wafers.

- Mimasu Semiconductor Industry Co., Ltd. builds its second plant in Gunma-cho, Gunma-gun, Gunma (present-day Ashikado-machi, Takasaki).
- September 1972
- The Mimasu Semiconductor Industry Co., Ltd. head office is moved to Kaminamiemachi, Takasaki, Gunma.
- May 1974
- Mimasu Engineering Co., Ltd. is founded in Gunma-machi, Gunma-gun, Gunma (present-day Ashikado-machi, Takasaki) to design and manufacture semiconductor manufacturing equipment and automated assembly and inspection systems.
- September 1983
- The Mimasu Semiconductor Industry Co., Ltd. head office is moved to 762 Ashikado-machi, Takasaki, Gunma (presently 762-1 Ashikado-machi, Takasaki).
- December
- The three companies merge as Mimasu Semiconductor Industry Co., Ltd., and the internal structure was reorganized into one management headquarters and three divisions.
- July 1984
- The Engineering Division is moved to Gunma-machi, Gunma-gun, Gunma (present-day Munadaka-machi, Takasaki).

- The Shirakawa Office of the Industrial Sales Division is established in Shirakawa, Fukushima.

- Company stocks are registered with the Japan Securities Dealers Joint Association (the present-day Japan Securities Dealers Association) as over-the-counter stocks.

- The Semiconductor Division's Kamisato Plant K-I Building is constructed in Hotoda, Gunma-machi, Gunma-gun, Gunma (present-day Hotoda-machi, Takasaki).

- The Utsunomiya Sales Office of the Industrial Sales Division is established in Utsunomiya, Tochigi.

- The Saitama Office of the Industrial Sales Division is moved to Fukaya, Saitama.

- The K-II Building is constructed at the Semiconductor Division's Kamisato Plant.

- The K-III Building is constructed at the Semiconductor Division's Kamisato Plant.

- The Ota and Utsunomiya Offices of the Industrial Sales Division were integrated to establish the Kita Kanto Office in Ashikaga, Tochigi.
